The Northeast Iowa Community College Board of Trustees is composed of nine publicly elected members representing the district’s eight counties: Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek. Serving four-year terms, the trustees provide local oversight to ensure the College remains responsive to community needs.
