Northeast Iowa Community College participates in the State of Iowa Offset Program. Unpaid balances for educational debt will be submitted to the Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for collection against any claim owed to an individual by a state agency. This includes, but is not limited to, state of Iowa income tax refunds.
