Learn to collect, transport and process blood and specimens for laboratory analysis, infection control, safety principles, medical terminology and customer service skills based on the latest Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) standards through classroom and hands-on clinical experience at various local laboratories. You’ll be prepared for the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Phlebotomy Technician certification exam.

Enrollment Process

  • Register and pay tuition now for the next class offering or Apply for Tuition Assistance
  • For Tuition Assistance contact an 网赌网站 Business and Community Solutions Program College and Career Coach to complete the following:
    • Tuition Assistance Program Application
    • CASAS Assessment
    • Interview
  • Attend a program orientation prior to class start date

The health sciences programs have additional admission requirements including background checks, health records and training requirements. Please review these requirements for program admission.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalency and transcripts
  • Provide proof of MMR and TDAP vaccine, Varicella immunization, Hepatitis B series and Two-Step Tuberculin Skin Test
  • Pass background check
  • Pass drug screening
  • One written letter of recommendation from a non-family source
  • Personal interview with a program official
